ISE 2017 is just days away from opening its doors at Amsterdam’s RAI exhibition centre, and JoeCo is looking forward to demonstrating the groundbreaking BLUEBOX BBWR24B – the most affordable BLUEBOX Workstation Interface Recorder yet. Demonstrations will be available in Hall 7, booth C171, throughout the duration of the show.
The BBWR24B was recently introduced to the United States at a packed NAMM Show, and we’re delighted at the reception that it received. Now it’s time for Europe to find out what makes the BBWR24B special. More than just a high quality interface for your DAW, the 24 channel Workstation Interface Recorder is also a trusted, professional multi-track field recorder, and a unique back-up solution that ensures no source recordings are ever lost. Only BLUEBOX delivers all three core functions in one 19-inch rack-mounted unit.
Offering 24 balanced line inputs, 16 Adat Lightpipe inputs with SMUXII support for higher sample rates and 24 balanced outs, the affordable BBWR24B will back-up all of your source recordings, all of the time, providing the ultimate safeguard against unexpected DAW freeze and failure. Each BBWR24B can carry up to 24 channels of 24bit/96kHz audio in both directions simultaneously over USB 2.0. All local recordings are professional standard broadcast WAV files (BWF) on universally accepted FAT32 disk format. The USB 2.0 host interface supports both Windows (via dedicated drivers) and Mac (via Core Audio) with a locally generated zero latency monitor mix for monitoring during overdubs.
The BBWR24B will be joined on our ISE booth by the res of the BLUEBOX family, the BBWR24MP and BBWR08MP, plus the new JoeCoControl app for Windows and Mac.
